রাস্তায় চলাচল করতে দিচ্ছে না আবেদন - রাস্তার জন্য অভিযোগ পত্র

বিষয়ঃ আগে চলাচলের রাস্তা ছিল সরকারী, এখন বলছে মালিকানা। রাস্তায় চলাচল করতে দিচ্ছে না।

 

জনাব,

যথাবিহিত সম্মান পূর্বক বিনীত নিবেদন এই যে, আমি মোছাঃ মারুফা বেগম, গ্রামঃ ফতেপুর, আমার বাড়ির রাস্তাটি আগে থেকে সরকারীভাবে চলাচলের জন্য উন্মুক্ত ছিল। কিন্তু বর্তমানে পাশের প্রতিবেশী আমাকে উক্ত রাস্তা দিয়ে চলাচল করতে দিচ্ছে না। তারা বলতেছে যে, এটা তাদের মালিকানা রাস্তা। আমাদের চলাচলের সরকারী এই রাস্তার মাঝে তারা গাছ লাগিয়ে দিয়েছে। আমি এই কাজে বাধা দেওয়ার কারনে আমাকে মারধর করার ফলে আমি ১ মাস হাসপাতালে ছিলাম এবং আমার পরিবারকে প্রতিনিয়ত হেনস্থা করছে । এই রাস্তাটি ১৯৯০ সালের রেকর্ডে আছে। কিন্তু তারা বলছে এই রাস্তা তাদের মালিকানায়।

 

অতএব জনাবের নিকট আমার আকুল আবেদন এই যে, আমি যাতে উক্ত রাস্তা ব্যবহার করে স্বাভাবিক চলাচল করতে পারি সে জন্য আপনার একান্ত পদক্ষেপ কামনা করছি।
